PHOENIX PRECISION MACHINE

Phoenix Precision Machine has certified welders on staff. This allows Leak Sealers to be 100% sure that when an enclosure leaves the facility to be returned for installation the clamp will not be leaking.

Phoenix utilizes a pattern burner to cut all of the conforming material into the desired shape which is needed for each custom enclosure.

Pattern Burners: State of the art burning capabilities Electric eye 8” Thick carbon steel 4” Thick stainless steel "You draw it, it will burn it"













Also Phoenix utilizes certified welders with over 30 years experience in the welding industry to weld the all of the enclosures.



Also Phoenix utilizes the capabilities of a pipe saw to ensure that all of the lengths of pipe be cut to fit the proper measurements.
